Introduction of STEM Programs @2026
STEM education promotes the development of foundational competencies and transversal skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaborative skills, laying the groundwork for innovative education in the subjects above. This objective aims to increase the number of STEM students in vocational education and training and higher education. It also aims to bring education and business sectors closer together. Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) is an umbrella term used to group together the distinct but related technical disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The term is typically used in the context of education policy or curriculum choices in schools. It has implications for workforce development, national security concerns (as a shortage of STEM-educated citizens can reduce effectiveness in this area), and immigration policy, with regard to admitting foreign students and tech workers.

Mancell Cadet Corps @SRC Week 2025
A cadet corps designed to foster discipline, leadership, and patriotic values through paramilitary-style training, including drills, physical fitness, and community service. These voluntary organizations, while drawing from military models, are distinct from official armed forces and aim to develop well-rounded, responsible students. Programs like the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in Ghana integrate various services such as the Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, and Fire services to provide comprehensive youth development.-

Our KIC Farming Club
Gaining work experience in gardening and farming, earn credits towards graduation, and become part of the local food movement in their city. During the school year, students participate in hands-on learning at the school farm sites where they help to grow food for school meal programs. Experience Course where students earn high school credits by growing, cooking, and selling food that is produced on school grounds and participating in field trips and workshops at local farms. The goal is to help transform underutilized school grounds into learning environments that can produce nutritious food for students and their families.-
